Privacy Policy
Last updated: 26 July 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how Damilola Mustapha, trading as ZeroFlow ("ZeroFlow", "we", "us"), collects, uses and protects your personal information when you visit our website or request a demo. We are the data controller for the purposes of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the Data Protection Act 2018.
1. Who we are
ZeroFlow is a business operated by Damilola Mustapha, a sole trader based in Ireland. The best way to reach us about your data, or anything in this policy, is by email at contact@zeroflowcom.com.
2. Information we collect
- Details you give us — when you complete the demo form: your name, company name, email address, phone number and trade.
- Usage data — via analytics cookies, such as pages viewed, approximate location, device and browser type. See our cookie section below.
- Communications — any messages you send us by email or phone.
3. How we use your information
- To contact you to arrange and deliver your demo.
- To provide, and where relevant set up, the ZeroFlow service.
- To respond to your enquiries and provide customer support.
- To improve our website and understand how it is used.
- To send you service or, where you have agreed, marketing messages (you can opt out at any time).
4. Legal basis for processing
We rely on: your consent (when you submit the demo form and for marketing); legitimate interests (to respond to enquiries, run and improve our business); and performance of a contract (where you become a customer).
5. Who we share it with
We do not sell your data. We share it only with trusted service providers who process it on our behalf, including:
- Our form and email delivery provider (e.g. Web3Forms) and email host.
- Analytics providers (e.g. Google Analytics).
- Calendar, CRM and telephony providers used to deliver the service.
- Professional advisers, or authorities where required by law.
6. International transfers
Some providers may process data outside the EEA. Where they do, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as EU standard contractual clauses or adequacy decisions.
7. How long we keep it
We keep enquiry data for as long as needed to respond and for a reasonable period afterwards (typically 24 months), then delete or anonymise it. Customer data is kept for the duration of the contract and as required by law.
8. Your rights
Under the GDPR you have the right to access, correct, delete or restrict the use of your data, to object to processing, to data portability, and to withdraw consent at any time. To exercise these, email contact@zeroflowcom.com. You also have the right to complain to the Data Protection Commission (DPC) at dataprotection.ie.
9. Cookies
This website uses only the minimal cookies needed to function, and no advertising cookies. If we add analytics in future, we'll use a privacy-friendly approach and ask for consent where the law requires it. You can control or block cookies through your browser settings.
10. Security
We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your data. No transmission over the internet is completely secure, however, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
11. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The latest version will always be posted on this page with the date it took effect.
