Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of the ZeroFlow website and services provided by Damilola Mustapha, trading as ZeroFlow, a sole trader based in Ireland ("ZeroFlow", "we", "us"). By using our website or requesting a demo, you agree to these Terms.

1. The service

ZeroFlow provides advertising campaign management and lead-generation services for trades businesses — including the setup and ongoing management of ad campaigns, and automated instant replies to enquiries. A fuller automated follow-up and call-handling system is available separately. The exact scope of your service is set out in your individual agreement.

2. Calls and enquiries

Booking a call places you under no obligation to purchase. Any figures or estimates we show (including on our website) are illustrations only and are not guarantees of results.

3. Pricing and payment

Pricing is agreed individually with each client in writing before any work begins. You only ever pay your own ad spend, directly to the ad platform — never through us. There is no setup fee, and no management fee during the initial agreed period. After that, a simple monthly management fee applies, as agreed with you. You may cancel with 30 days' notice, and there is no long-term lock-in.

4. Your responsibilities

• Provide accurate information and the access needed to set up the service (e.g. calendar, forms).
• Ensure you have the right to contact the leads passed to the service and comply with applicable marketing and privacy laws.
• Use the service lawfully and not for spam, fraud or any unlawful purpose.

5. Third-party integrations

The service connects to third-party tools (such as Google Calendar, form providers, telephony and CRMs). We are not responsible for those third parties' availability, changes or terms.

6. Intellectual property

All content, branding and software on this website and within the service belong to ZeroFlow or its licensors. You may not copy, resell or reverse-engineer any part of it without our written permission.

7. No guarantee of results

We work hard to book you more jobs, but we do not and cannot guarantee any specific number of leads, bookings, conversions or revenue. Results depend on factors outside our control, including your lead quality, pricing and availability.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ZeroFlow is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss of profit, revenue, data or goodwill. Our total liability arising from the service is limited to the fees you paid in the three months before the claim. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.

9. Termination

Either party may end the service in line with the notice terms in your service agreement. We may suspend or terminate access if these Terms are breached.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Ireland, and the courts of Ireland have exclusive jurisdiction.

11. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. The current version will always be posted on this page.
